Description
This creamy cranberry brie dip is the perfect holiday appetizer, combining gooey brie cheese with tart cranberries. Easy to prepare in a Crock Pot, it’s guaranteed to disappear at parties.

- 1 wheel of brie cheese
 - 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 - Rosemary or thyme (optional)
 - Parchment paper (for Crock Pot)
 
Instructions
- Layer the brie cheese at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
 - Spread the cranberry sauce over the brie (don’t drown it).
 - Dollop the cream cheese around the cranberry sauce for pockets of tang.
 - Cover the Crock Pot and set to low, cooking for 2-3 hours.
 - Stir gently before serving, ensuring the cheese is scoopable, not soupy.
 - Optional: Sprinkle nuts or orange zest before serving.
 
Notes
For best results, serve with toasted baguette slices, sturdy crackers, or apple slices. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days and reheated in the microwave or Crock Pot.
