Description

A comforting one-pot meal that the whole family will love, featuring spaghetti, ground beef, and a creamy marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain it.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add marinara sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into cooked beef. Stir until combined and creamy.
  4. Toss in the drained spaghetti, coating it evenly with the sauce mixture.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
