- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain it.
- While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add marinara sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into cooked beef. Stir until combined and creamy.
- Toss in the drained spaghetti, coating it evenly with the sauce mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
