- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 500g gnocchi
- 200g fresh spinach
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 200ml cream
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients. Measure out the ingredients and chop the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cook the chicken in the slow cooker with your favorite seasoning. Cook on low for about 240 minutes or until tender.
- Add the gnocchi and spinach to the slow cooker. Shred the chicken and return it, stir in gnocchi and spinach, and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Finish by pouring in the cream and stir gently. Let it simmer to combine flavors.
Notes
Consider adding a sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh basil when serving. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for later.
