Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200ml cream

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients. Measure out the ingredients and chop the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Cook the chicken in the slow cooker with your favorite seasoning. Cook on low for about 240 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add the gnocchi and spinach to the slow cooker. Shred the chicken and return it, stir in gnocchi and spinach, and cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. Finish by pouring in the cream and stir gently. Let it simmer to combine flavors.

Notes

Consider adding a sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh basil when serving. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for later.
