A comforting Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken that saves time and brings delicious flavors to your busy family dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Green onions, chopped (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add ingredients: Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker; pour over teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Toss to coat.
- Cook 6 hours: Set slow cooker to low and walk away.
- Stir before serving: About 15 minutes before serving, stir mixture; add cornstarch slurry if desired to thicken.
Notes
Serve with fluffy white rice or steamed vegetables. Great for leftovers!
