Description

A comforting Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken that saves time and brings delicious flavors to your busy family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients: Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker; pour over teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Toss to coat.
  2. Cook 6 hours: Set slow cooker to low and walk away.
  3. Stir before serving: About 15 minutes before serving, stir mixture; add cornstarch slurry if desired to thicken.

Notes

Serve with fluffy white rice or steamed vegetables. Great for leftovers!
