  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. Toss the chicken into the slow cooker with the pineapple chunks and chopped veggies.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, ensuring everything is coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes, or on high for 180 minutes.
