Description

Delicious and comforting slow cooker meatballs in a rich French onion soup sauce, topped with gooey mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 2 cans French onion soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker, spreading them out in an even layer.
  2. Pour in the French onion soup and beef broth over the meatballs.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and butter; stir gently to combine.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top about 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve warm with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Optional: Add sautéed mushrooms or fresh herbs for extra flavor. Leftovers taste even better the next day.
