- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in a single layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm over rice, pasta, or in soft rolls.
