Description

Simple and flavorful Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas that make dinner a breeze while you manage the chaos of everyday life.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 bell peppers (mix of colors)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Next, add in the sliced onions and your colorful bell peppers.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Pour the chicken broth evenly over everything.
  5. Put on the lid, set your slow cooker to low, and cook for about 360 minutes.
  6. After 360 minutes, shred the chicken with two forks right inside the slow cooker and mix well with the veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
