- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 bell peppers (mix of colors)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Next, add in the sliced onions and your colorful bell peppers.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and veggies.
- Pour the chicken broth evenly over everything.
- Put on the lid, set your slow cooker to low, and cook for about 360 minutes.
- After 360 minutes, shred the chicken with two forks right inside the slow cooker and mix well with the veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
