Instructions
- Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic oil.
- Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beans are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
