Description

Warm, creamy corn dip made easily in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups corn (frozen, thawed and drained, or canned, drained)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles, drained (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Optional add-ins: crumbled bacon, chopped jalapenos, or smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir well to mix everything together.
  3. Cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours or on HIGH for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Check the dip; it is done when everything is melted and smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as preferred.

Notes

Drain the corn well to prevent watery dip. Cube the cream cheese for faster melting.
