Warm, creamy corn dip made easily in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings and game days.
Ingredients

- 3 cups corn (frozen, thawed and drained, or canned, drained)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small can green chiles, drained (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Optional add-ins: crumbled bacon, chopped jalapenos, or smoked paprika
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Stir well to mix everything together.
- Cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours or on HIGH for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Check the dip; it is done when everything is melted and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as preferred.
Notes
Drain the corn well to prevent watery dip. Cube the cream cheese for faster melting.
