Description

A simple and nourishing Raspberry Chia Pudding that blends vibrant raspberry flavor with creamy texture, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the raspberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix in the chia seeds and whisk until well combined.
  3. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
  4. Serve topped with fresh berries, shredded coconut, or whipped cream as desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, allowing flavors to deepen. Add a splash of almond milk if the pudding thickens too much.
