Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning into the beef mixture, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  5. In a large casserole dish, layer the ingredients: start with the noodles, then add the cream cheese mixture, the beef sauce, and top it all off with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
