A hands-off slow cooker turkey breast recipe that results in juicy, flavorful meat and a rich rosemary gravy, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 skin-on, bone-in turkey breast
 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or dried)
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
 
Instructions
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
 - Rub the turkey with the softened butter.
 - Layer onions and garlic on the bottom of the crockpot.
 - Place the turkey in the crockpot, pour in the chicken broth, and add rosemary sprigs.
 - Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, checking after 5 hours for doneness.
 - If desired, broil for a few minutes for crispy skin before serving.
 - To make gravy, skim off fat from the juices in the crockpot, pour into a pot, and bring to a simmer.
 - Whisk in cornstarch slurry and add a sprig of rosemary, adjusting the thickness by adding broth or water as needed.
 
Notes
For best results, use fresh rosemary. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 days or frozen for later use.
