Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 4 slices of white crustless bread
  • 10 California strawberries (washed and stems cut off)

Instructions

  1. Evenly spread half a cup of whipped cream on one slice of crustless bread.
  2. Place three California strawberries in a diagonal line on top of the whipped cream.
  3. Spread another half a cup of whipped cream generously over the strawberries.
  4. Put the other slice of bread on top to create the sandwich.

Notes

For added flavor, try different types of bread or consider stabilizing your whipped cream with powdered sugar.
