- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 cup roasted broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring until smooth.
- Drain any excess grease and then stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, and hot honey until everything is nicely caramelized.
- Warm the cooked rice and divide it among your serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with the hot honey beef, followed by the roasted broccoli and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with additional hot honey if desired and serve immediately while warm.
