Description

A delightful and easy meal featuring ground beef, topped with roasted broccoli and avocado, all drizzled with sweet and spicy hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 cup roasted broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring until smooth.
  2. Drain any excess grease and then stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, and hot honey until everything is nicely caramelized.
  3. Warm the cooked rice and divide it among your serving bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with the hot honey beef, followed by the roasted broccoli and avocado slices.
  5. Drizzle with additional hot honey if desired and serve immediately while warm.
