Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift gently, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Remove from heat, add the dark chocolate chips and butter, and stir until smooth.
  4. Place each crêpe flat on a surface. Spoon melted chocolate filling into the center and roll tightly.
  5. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and fresh berries if desired.

Notes

Feel free to substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate for a creamier taste. You can also use gluten-free flour if needed.
