- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- Combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift gently, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Remove from heat, add the dark chocolate chips and butter, and stir until smooth.
- Place each crêpe flat on a surface. Spoon melted chocolate filling into the center and roll tightly.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and fresh berries if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate for a creamier taste. You can also use gluten-free flour if needed.
