Description

A healthy, homemade pizza crust made from ground chicken, perfect for busy nights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on the parchment into a 10–12 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm and golden. Let rest for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Add toppings and return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for better aroma. Damp hands will help with shaping the crust.
