Ingredients

- 2 pounds almond bark (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips
- 16 ounces roasted peanuts
- 1 handful mini pretzels (optional)
Instructions
- Measure and sort all ingredients before starting.
- Break the almond bark into pieces and prepare chocolate chips.
- Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet for cooling.
- Set your slow cooker on low and line with a silicone liner or spray with oil.
- Preheat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the almond bark and chocolate chips, cover, and let sit for a minute.
- Add peanuts and pretzels after the chocolate begins to soften.
- Gently stir until the chocolate is melted and everything is evenly coated.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment paper, spacing about an inch and a half apart.
- Cool at room temperature until set, about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes for quicker setting.
- Store in an airtight container, layered with parchment to prevent sticking.
Notes
Use real butter for a richer flavor. Store in a cool place; freeze for longer storage.
