Description

A comforting and easy slow cooker chicken dish with creamy sauce and angel hair pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken within the crock pot using two forks.
  6. Serve the shredded chicken over the cooked angel hair pasta, adding Parmesan and parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a crisp side salad and crusty bread.
