  • 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 medium Tomato (or bell peppers)
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese (or pepper jack)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (or parsley)
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it foams and smells nutty.
  2. Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, whisking until smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar until fully melted; keep warm.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
