Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it foams and smells nutty.
- Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, whisking until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar until fully melted; keep warm.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Break the meat into small pieces and stir in the taco seasoning; cook until fragrant.
- Warm a clean skillet and place a tortilla, cooking until golden.
- Flip and press gently for even browning; repeat with each tortilla.
- Lay one warmed tortilla flat, spoon cheese sauce in the center.
