Ingredients
Scale
- Frozen fully cooked meatballs

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour this over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours or high for about 2 to 3 hours until meatballs are hot and sauce is bubbling gently.
- Stir in sour cream near the end to keep the sauce smooth.
- If desired, stir in a cornstarch slurry and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
Notes
For the best flavor, use a brand of frozen meatballs you enjoy. Adjust seasoning to taste, especially with Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
