Description
A gooey and decadent chocolate and marshmallow dip, perfect for sharing after dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ¼ cup of unsalted butter
- Graham crackers or sliced fruit for dipping
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by adding the chocolate chips and unsalted butter to your crockpot. Set it on low and cover the lid for about 25 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream once the chocolate and butter are melty, and mix until smooth.
- Incorporate the mini marshmallows and stir them into the chocolate mixture. Let them melt for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir the mixture once the marshmallows have melted.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the crockpot for best results.
