Description

A gooey and decadent chocolate and marshmallow dip, perfect for sharing after dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter
  • Graham crackers or sliced fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by adding the chocolate chips and unsalted butter to your crockpot. Set it on low and cover the lid for about 25 minutes.
  2. Add the heavy cream once the chocolate and butter are melty, and mix until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the mini marshmallows and stir them into the chocolate mixture. Let them melt for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture once the marshmallows have melted.
  5. Serve immediately with graham crackers or fruit for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the crockpot for best results.
