- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey, or bacon)
- 1 cup milk (or heavy cream)
- Optional: garlic powder and chili powder
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Combine the browned beef, Velveeta, diced tomatoes, and milk in your slow cooker. Add any spices and stir to mix.
- Cook on low for about 120-180 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Stir until smooth and adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
Notes
This dip can be easily customized by adding jalapenos, different cheeses, or spices to suit your taste.
