Description

A creamy, cheesy dip made in the slow cooker, perfect for family gatherings and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey, or bacon)
  • 1 cup milk (or heavy cream)
  • Optional: garlic powder and chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  2. Combine the browned beef, Velveeta, diced tomatoes, and milk in your slow cooker. Add any spices and stir to mix.
  3. Cook on low for about 120-180 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
  4. Stir until smooth and adjust consistency with more milk if needed.

This dip can be easily customized by adding jalapenos, different cheeses, or spices to suit your taste.
