Description

Delicious grape jelly meatballs cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
  • Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of onion powder (optional)
  • Frozen meatballs

Instructions

  1. Add the grape jelly and chili sauce to the crockpot. Stir until it is mostly combined.
  2. Add your meatballs and gently toss them in the sauce to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for about 180 to 240 minutes or HIGH for about 90 to 150 minutes.
  4. Switch to WARM for serving once the meatballs are heated through.

Notes

This recipe is forgiving and can be made a day ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
