Ingredients
- Frozen meatballs
- Marinara sauce
- Sub rolls or hoagie bread
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, onion rings, arugula
- Garlic powder and Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Grab your crockpot. Add the frozen meatballs and pour in marinara sauce.
- Give everything a gentle stir.
- Set your slow cooker to low and let it go for 240 to 300 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F about 10 minutes before serving.
- Slice the sub rolls in half, lay them on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Pop them in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Scoop meatballs onto the toasted bread, top with cheese and desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in a pot or slow cooker. Beans can be swapped for different flavors using barbecue sauce or salsa.
