- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through.
- Stir before serving and garnish with extra parmesan if desired.
