Description

A comforting and hearty dish of meatballs simmered in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for busy families.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through.
  5. Stir before serving and garnish with extra parmesan if desired.
