Instructions
- Add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot. No need to defrost.
- Whisk together the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they’re all coated.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes on top.
- Cook on low for 240-300 minutes.
- Stir well before serving and garnish with additional parmesan if desired.
- Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
