Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot. No need to defrost.
  2. Whisk together the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they’re all coated.
  4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  5. Cook on low for 240-300 minutes.
  6. Stir well before serving and garnish with additional parmesan if desired.
  7. Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
