- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Pour the fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
- Add the chicken broth in.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover your slow cooker and set it to low for six hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy with your family.
