Description

A cozy, slow-cooked dish featuring juicy chicken breasts marinated in fresh lemon juice and garlic, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
  4. Add the chicken broth in.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover your slow cooker and set it to low for six hours.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy with your family.
