- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Add the chicken into the bottom of your slow cooker. Layer in the minced garlic, and then pour the lemon juice and broth on top. Drizzle the olive oil for that extra richness.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the concoction.
- Set your slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once the cooking time is up, serve it warm.
- If using fresh herbs, sprinkle them over the chicken before serving.
Notes
