Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients, measuring out each component.
  2. Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, and onion soup mix, rolling into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour beef broth over them.
  4. Cook on low for several hours until the meatballs are tender and flavors meld.

Notes
