Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter, then add the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  2. Add the dry stuff: Sprinkle in the baking soda, salt, and flour. Gently stir until just combined.
  3. Prep your crockpot: Spray the inside with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
