- 907 g yellow potatoes (scrubbed and quartered)
- 120 g yellow onion (diced)
- 340 g smoked sausage (sliced)
- 2 cans cut green beans (drained, 14.5 oz each)
- 113 g unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 0.6 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
Instructions
- Place the quartered potatoes into the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add in the diced onions and give everything a quick toss to coat.
- Top the potatoes with sliced smoked sausage.
- Add the drained green beans over that, then sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning evenly across the surface.
- Place the full stick of butter right on top of the layers—there’s no need to stir.
- Cover and cook on Low for 360-420 minutes or High for 180-240 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Gently stir everything together before serving and enjoy warm.
Notes
Great as leftovers; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat gently to retain flavors.
