Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into even strips to ensure uniform cooking and tenderness.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip chicken into flour, ensuring each strip is lightly coated.
- Then dip into egg to coat fully.
- Finally, coat with breadcrumbs, pressing them in to ensure coverage.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
- Fry chicken strips for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels to keep them crisp.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Add romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Slice and serve immediately, optionally with extra dressing on the side.
