- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; mix until resembling wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the apple filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They may taste even better the next day.
