Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup finely diced rhubarb

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
