Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, folding until just combined.
- Scoop batter into muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with syrup.
