- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced

- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Add lime juice and kosher salt, and mix well.
- Fold in chopped cilantro, diced onion, diced tomatoes, and the jalapeño if desired.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dishes.
