A delicious and healthier take on pizza using a chicken crust, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices (to taste)
- Italian seasoning (for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken, egg, and parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the chicken mixture into an air fryer-safe pan, shaping it into a crust about an inch thick.
- Cook the crust in the air fryer for about 10 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices over it.
- Return the pan to the air fryer and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and are easily reheated in the air fryer.
