Quick and easy shredded chicken tacos made with just five ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights or potlucks.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
 - 1 jar of salsa
 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
 - Juice of 1 lime
 - Tortillas (corn or flour)
 
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crock pot.
 - Pour the salsa over the chicken.
 - Sprinkle taco seasoning and lime juice on top.
 - Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
 - Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
 - Serve in tortillas with desired toppings.
 
Notes
Great for meal prep and can be frozen for up to three months. Add a splash of salsa if reheating seems dry.
