Description

A creamy and delicious warm spinach artichoke dip, perfect for parties and gatherings, made effortlessly in a Crock Pot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 pack frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cream cheese into smaller pieces for quicker melting.
  2. Toss all the ingredients into the Crock Pot and mix them together.
  3. Set the Crock Pot to low and cook for about 2-3 hours.
  4. Stir halfway through if possible; check before serving to ensure it’s hot and melty.
  5. If desired, broil for a minute for extra bubbly top before serving.

Notes
