Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or spaghetti)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Let the sauces melt together and form a glossy pool in the pan.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. Fresh garlic gives the best aroma, and using real butter enhances richness.
