Description

Delicious and creamy jalapeno popper bites with a crispy top, perfect as an appetizer or at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour (optional for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir until the mixture is smooth with small flecks of bacon throughout.
  5. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  6. If using almond flour, sprinkle it on top for added texture.
  7. Place the filled jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These poppers taste best served warm with ranch or olive oil mixed with lemon zest.
