- 12 Jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Almond flour (optional for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth with small flecks of bacon throughout.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- If using almond flour, sprinkle it on top for added texture.
- Place the filled jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These poppers taste best served warm with ranch or olive oil mixed with lemon zest.
