- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the Crockpot in a single layer.
- Pour sweet chili sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to four days. They can be frozen for up to three months.
