Ingredients

  • 2 lbs yellow potatoes (cut in quarters)
  • 2 cans cut green beans
  • 1 package (14 oz) smoked sausage (diced)
  • 1 white onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 box Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • Fresh parsley (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, green beans, smoked sausage, and onion to the crockpot.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. Toss gently to coat the potatoes.
  4. Mix until well combined, ensuring sausage and onion are tucked in.
  5. Top with onion soup mix and butter.
  6. Cook on high heat for 4-5 hours until everything is tender.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
