Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- Slice the sausage and chop the onion and bell peppers.
- Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
