Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  3. Slice the sausage and chop the onion and bell peppers.
  4. Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Toss everything until well coated.
