Description

A comforting dish of frozen meatballs slow-cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker and stir until smooth.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker, making sure they’re evenly nestled into the sauce.
  3. Stir gently to coat the meatballs and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours. Serve hot with the remaining sauce poured over the top.

Notes

For a thicker glaze, add a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with cold water near the end of cooking. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
