Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger (if using). Stir well to dissolve the honey into the soy.
- Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce. Nestle them in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker. Stir to combine with the sauce.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, keeping them al dente.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the honey garlic chicken mixture.
