Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger (optional), grated
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger (if using). Stir well to dissolve the honey into the soy.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce. Nestle them in the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
