- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the beef bites and potatoes to the slow cooker and toss gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the beef and potatoes, and toss to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Feel free to adjust cooking times based on your slow cooker’s settings. For added flavor, consider browning the beef before adding it to the cooker.
