Description
A hassle-free holiday ham made in the slow cooker with brown sugar and pineapple, perfect for celebrations or simple cozy meals.
Ingredients

- 1 fully cooked, bone-in or boneless ham (6 to 8 pounds)
 - 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
 - 1 can pineapple rings with juice (20 oz)
 - 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
 - Whole cloves (optional)
 
Instructions
- Unwrap the ham and place it flat-side down in the slow cooker.
 - Sprinkle brown sugar on top and gently pat it down.
 - Pour pineapple juice over the ham and place pineapple rings on top.
 - Add mustard and optionally stick in cloves.
 - Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or high for 2.5 to 3 hours until heated through and glossy.
 - For glazing, remove ham and boil the juices until syrupy, then brush over sliced ham.
 
Notes
This dish is perfect for any holiday or cozy meal, and leftovers are even better in soups or sandwiches. Save the glaze for added flavor!
