Instructions

- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper; cook gently in butter on medium-low heat until soft curds form, stopping when eggs still look glossy.
- Assemble the bowl by placing a layer of tater tots in the base, spoon scrambled eggs over the tots, and sprinkle with cheddar and bacon.
- Finish with sliced green onions and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
